Born in 1960 to C.H. Abdullah Haji and B.M. Khadeejabi, Shamnad has carved a niche for himself in the fields of journalism and writing.
Shamnad’s academic foundation includes degrees in Arabic, Islamic Studies, and Economics, along with a PG Diploma in Journalism from IGNOU. His pursuit of excellence didn’t stop there—he underwent specialized training in community development and public speaking, including a workshop by the Islamic Development Bank and Toastmasters International’s Jeddah Chapter.
After starting his career at Kuwait University (1986–1990), Shamnad worked for Siemens Saudi Arabia before joining the Dabbagh Group, where he has contributed for over 25 years.
