Behind the skills we practice is hard work and sacrifice. Only then can you enjoy the sweetness of that skill. None of that is achieved quickly. But God has given these abilities to animals by birth. That is why cows can swim and birds can fly at birth. And the abilities of animals are always the same. It makes no progress.

But man is learning new knowledge and skills day by day. As such, swimming is a sport that must be trained in our children. In olden days, children used to learn Nintal with mutual help. As with many things that have changed over time, swimming is no longer a thing of the past. As a result, drowning became a daily occurrence.

It is a common sight that our children fall into ponds, rivers and wetlands and die prematurely. It is very sad that even adults drown because they don’t know how to swim. To save our future generation from this unfortunate condition, it is imperative to teach them to swim at an early age.

Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (RA): The Prophet (PBUH) said: Teach your children archery, archery and horse riding. We are still not aware of the importance of this guidance given by the Prophet decades ago. Be aware that learning to swim often comes after accidents. Swimming, which can be trained in five to six hours, is what happens when it is delayed and kills the life of the young child. Swimming training should not start when the Titanic sinks.

It is a good exercise for the body. Lack of blood circulation is the cause of many diseases. Swimming is effective for back pain, joint pain and back pain. This is because it increases blood circulation in the body. And more oxygen enters the lungs to relax the body and ease mental tension. Swimming is an effective treatment for body fat loss, headache, back pain, skin care etc.

Does it look like the vehicle was serviced at the service station? That’s how swimming feels to our body. Swimming is an exercise that removes toxins from the body. Increases muscle strength and helps regulate body temperature. Above all, it is a life saver. Swimming is a self-made life jacket in the body to escape from drowning in water. As an age-old skill, swimming is essential for success in life.

It is imperative that girls are also taught swimming as an important sport that gives them strength for survival. It is a sport that increases children’s self-confidence and leadership skills. Jeshtan Muhammadali was the first to practice swimming on the banks of Chandrigiripuzha at the persuasion of his mother. Good cooperation and mental harmony were formed between us through this. Later, during his studies, he swam in the Kanjirapalli pool in Shanthapuram, along the Kadalundipuzha flowing beautifully through the foothills of Malappuram, in the Iruvanchipuzha flowing past Chendamangallur, in the shores of the Red Sea in Jeddah, and in the Dead Sea in Jordan.
